• Eligible consumers include: Police Officer, Sheriff/Sheriff's Deputy, Correctional officer, State Trooper, Federal Law Enforcement Officer, 911 Operators and Dispatchers, Career Firefighter, Volunteer Firefighter, EMT and Paramedic. Eligible customers must be in possession of a valid First Responders Validation ID that was generated from the 'Get Authorization Number' link which is located on each of the Brands First Responder website. Customers must verify their First Responder eligibility by providing the following information: First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name, Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year) and email address. If eligible, an instant validation with a First Responders Validation ID will be provided. Customers must provide this unique code to a dealership. Surviving spouses of eligible First Responders who died in the line of duty should generate a First Responders Validation ID by entering the following information on behalf of their deceased spouse: First Responder Type, Organization, Full Legal First and Last Name and Date of Birth (Month / Day / Year). The email address of the surviving spouse should be entered to receive validation. Additional supporting documentation such as a copy of the death certificate and a letter from department human resources verifying the loss of life while on the job as either a Police Officer, Fireman or EMT may be required. Spouses of deceased Police Officers, Firemen and EMTs who died in the line of duty who meet the eligibility criteria above are eligible to participate. The eligible retail purchase or lease customer must assign the cash allowance to the selling dealer. The retail purchaser's order must show the cash allowance as having been applied to the vehicle's purchase price, or in the case of a lease customer, as reducing the total lease obligation (12-month minimum lease term). When the qualifying documentation presented bears a former or changed name, the customer must substantiate the former/changed name with a copy of legal documentation, (i.e., marriage certificate, divorce decree, court order).The dealer must retain copy of the name change documentation to verify customer eligibility.
