Automation Associates announces upgrading/rebuilding of older PACE sorting machines
Upgrades include replacing the electrical control system with a high speed expandable PLC, touch screen HMI. New motors and controls and new controls for the parts feeder and vibratory inline and chute. All components are
comercially available.
A new inspection system replaces the optical screen with full color monitor and interface display, incorporating a simple, user friendly menu from which an operator touches an area on the screen to select/deselect features or to access sub menus.
Rebuild machines available or trade-in your sorting machine for a rebuilt machine. In stock and ready for delivery.
