Click on picture for more information Pace MK5 Sorting and Inspection Machine While maintaining the same proven feeding methods as the previous PACE machines, we have developed a machine twice as fast for detecting cracks. Previous versions detedted cracs at a rate of 120 PPM. The Mark V machine is capable of speeds up to 240 PPM, doubling the output. We acheived the higher speeds by having two crack detection stations instead of one and upgrading the mechanical index using servo technology. By switching to the servo motor the machine is now able to swicht from continous or index mode by pressing a button on the operator interface panel
